It is a rural farming community where folks are planting various crops from vegetables, purple yam tubers, sweet potato and other crops. Guests can participate in purple yam jam making in their food processing center, in volunteering for teaching in their learning centre, in organising sports and physical education activities, or in helping locals repair and improve their houses.


Located in Catigan Ridge of Mount Talomo Davao City at an elevation of about 750 meters above sea level, you will have a panoramic view of Samal Island, Davao Gulf, Davao City and a view of the summit of Mount Apo, the Philippines’ highest mountain.  Visitors can take a hike to a nearby grotto and take an outdoor adventure like horseback riding and zip line rides. The site is near St. Anthony de Padua Chapel; From the main entry highway about 10 kilometers, you can find commercial malls and a hospital.

Our community has an organized community structure with elected officers who conduct a regular values formation with its members.

Community members are majority Catholics who observe going to Sunday service mass. People are friendly and hospitable.  However, smoking is banned in Davao City, hard liquor drinking is not tolerated, evening activities are more quiet, modest clothing are encouraged.

Get to hike 60 minutes into a nearby grotto for those who are interested with spiritual or pilgrimage tours Try horseback riding and zip line ride with a panoramic scenic view of the sea, mountains and the city scape. Visit Eden Resort park where you can have adventures witih nature such as biking in a zip line, and enjoying mountain park tours, fishing, and dining at a scenic restaurant.
Experience farming with the locals. It is fun and educational to learn the natural way of farming. Learn how to use natural ingredients in gardening and pest control while working with group of farmer folks. Participate in reading books and story telling in the village learning center where we encourage kids to interact with their guests, and at the same time, learn how to communicate in English. We also organise basketball leagues amongst the youth and the visitors, amongst other sports. Build houses or community structures with community members and other volunteers who are interested to learn trade skills of masonry, carpentry and even plumbing work.
